All creative must function uniformly on both Mac and PC platforms as well as multiple versions of Netscape, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Mozilla.

  • TopTenREVIEWS accepts Flash versions 5 or higher.

  • Your Flash file must not exceed 50K. Up to 4 additional streams may load upon user click. Each additional stream may not exceed 100K. Each stream must be initiated by separate clicks.

  • Make sure the dimensions of the movie meet the specs for the ad you are creating.

  • Frame rate may not exceed 30 frames per second due to performance considerations. Banners that exceed 30 frames per second will not be accepted.

  • 1 For best video quality, the video framerate should be equal to or half of the flash animation frame rate. (e.g. a good combination would be: animation=30 fps / video=30fps, animation=30fps / video=15fps or animation=24fps / video=12fps).

  • Flash click tracking conforms to Adobe's clickTAG tracking standard. Additional hard-coded links are not permitted.

  • Loading files from cross domains is not permitted for security reasons.

  • All Creative is subject to approval by TopTenREVIEWS.
