Administration

The biggest downfall to 8x8 is its lack of advanced queuing options. These cost extra. On the plus side, it does support ring groups. These allow you to have multiple lines ring when one extension or number is dialed. The service charges for call monitoring features, which are oftentimes included with other competing providers. You can record custom greetings, though.

The service integrates with applications such as Salesforce, SugarCRM and Outlook. These help you keep notes on your customers and improve relationships with your contacts and prospective clients.
