1-VoIP by VoIPYourLife is a hosted PBX network system that provides business VoIP services. It offers dependable service and a variety of features suited for businesses, such as call queuing.

This business VoIP provider has four hosted PBX plans to choose from. The major difference between the first three plans is the number of outbound minutes you receive, but there are other, minor differences, such as features that are only available with the higher-tier plans. These plans come with one extension, but you can get extra extensions put on the plan at a reduced rate. However, the total minutes remains the same. So, for example, if you get the basic plan with three additional extensions, you still only have 3,000 outbound minutes to share among all four phone lines.

1-VoIP also offers an Unlimited Extension Plan. This costs more per extension, but offers all the features of its top plan plus unlimited outbound minutes. Despite the plan title, the allowable number of minutes is based on normal rather than high-traffic business use. Thus, it’s not a service for call centers, for example.

A hosted PBX system from 1-VoIP comes with an automated attendant, individual voicemail, hold music, a Do Not Disturb option and more. Many business VoIP services only provide basic call queues; however, 1-VoIP has an automated call distribution queue in some plans that provides an even flow of calls between everyone who is available. You can also set up a Find-Me/Follow-Me rule that will tell the system how to handle your calls so that you can answer your phone whether you're at your desk or on the road. In addition to all the features that come with the Basic and Pro plans, the Elite and Unlimited plans have a call queue, conference calling service, outbound web fax, additional extensions and more.

1-VoIP doesn't integrate with Outlook. If 1-VoIP hosts your service, you can request statistics for your inbound and outbound calls. However, if you use your own PBX equipment, the company won't provide this information because you can gather it on your own.

This business VoIP provider has three server locations in different states and a fully redundant network. 1-VoIP also has a service level agreement that states it will reliably provide internet phone service 99 percent of the time.

If you need to contact 1-VoIP customer or tech support, you can find an email and telephone number on the company's website. However, this business VoIP service provider does not offer a knowledgebase or how-to articles on its website, and the forum no longer works.

Summary

This reliable, trustworthy business VoIP provider offers a comprehensive feature base and service plans, but it costs more than most of the business VoIP services we reviewed. The network is reliable and fully redundant, so you can be confident that you'll always have good service when you need it.
