SalesNexus is a contact management system that has a strong focus on sales and marketing tools. Each contact portal tracks interactions, orders and project progress, plus monitors the actions of individual employees. This cloud-based contact management program uses real-time sharing, so you can bring each department to the table and work simultaneously with others within a client account.

The email capabilities are very useful, as this contact manager also lets you create targeted campaigns within the software. It offers invoicing tools and dial-out from the program. It has built-in integrations for Sage 50, Microsoft Nav, QuickBooks and Vista, plus API capability. However, these cost extra unless you use an API and do it yourself.

SalesNexus is easy to navigate, with an intuitive design. The contact screens are excellent, showing all the important information in a very readable format. You can customize the fields to make sure the information you need is clear and accessible. The command tabs are logical, and the program uses dropdown menus for its functions.

Additional Management

Email marketing and document management allow you to create and send documents from within the software, such as sales quotes, invoices and contracts, or to attach them to the specified contact account. Inventory management is also available, but through third-party integrations.

You can use several of the tools in this customer relations management program to track and support individual employees and sales teams throughout the customer-interaction process. The group calendar lets you see at a glance which tasks have been assigned, the projected dates of completion and when those tasks are done.
