SalesNexus is a contact management system that has a strong focus on sales and marketing tools. Each contact portal tracks interactions, orders and project progress, and each monitors individual employees. This cloud-based contact management program uses real-time sharing capabilities in order to bring each department to the table and simultaneously work within a client account.

Because there is such an important focus on sales, SalesNexus has included some powerful lead-generation and follow-up tools. Email marketing and document management allow you to create and send documents from within the software, such as sales quotes, invoices and contracts, or attach them to the specified contact account. Because SalesNexus is cloud based and includes a convenient mobile app, all of these features are accessible from your smartphone and tablet, so you and your sales team aren't chained to your office. This also means SalesNexus is compatible with systems overseas, so even your international offices can be connected to the same CRM program.

Several of the tools included with this customer relations management program can be used to track and support individual employees and sales teams throughout the customer-interaction process. The group calendar lets you see at a glance which tasks have been assigned, the projected dates of completion and when those tasks are done. You also have tools available to create an interactive knowledgebase with articles, FAQs and guides for your employees to help them better assist your clients.

SalesNexus is easy to navigate with an intuitive design. The only drawback we found was the absence of help tabs within the program itself. Other programs make it convenient by including quick links to basic questions and answers about working with the CRM program. While SalesNexus doesn't have embedded helps, it does provide a library of video tutorials that are very detailed in helping to guide you through each function of the CRM program. It also has options to connect with support personnel, such as telephone and email, though some one-on-one consulting services do cost extra.


SalesNexus combines contact management tools with powerful sales and marketing features. The cloud-based program gives mobility to your sales and service teams while the real-time collaboration tools let you connect whether your team members are at the office, in the field or in your overseas office. While support may cost extra, the online video tutorials are detailed enough to help guide you through the program.
