SalesNexus is a contact management system that has a strong focus on sales and marketing tools. Each contact portal tracks interactions, orders and project progress, plus monitors the actions of individual employees. This cloud-based contact management program uses real-time sharing, so you can bring each department to the table and work simultaneously with others within a client account.
The email capabilities are very useful, as this contact manager also lets you create targeted campaigns within the software. It offers invoicing tools and dial-out from the program. It has built-in integrations for Sage 50, Microsoft Nav, QuickBooks and Vista, plus API capability. However, these cost extra unless you use an API and do it yourself.
