In fact, Zoho CRM offers several good sales and marketing tools, and it's easy to use, making this a great CRM solution for Mac users. You can even send and receive phone calls from within the CRM, which saves time and hassle. Plus, your employees can take notes on every client interaction as they're interacting with a customer.
This application is easy to log into and start using. Navigation is simple as well. It provides custom fields, so you can include and organize information that is important and specific to your company.
This is a cloud-based Mac CRM program with a mobile app that you can use with your smartphone. It doesn't limit how many users you can have accessing the program, nor is your data storage capped, if you choose a plan above the Standard one.
Zoho allows file sharing, so everyone in your organization may have access to client accounts and contact information. If you want workflow automation, you'll have to get the Professional plan, at the very least. For customization, you need to upgrade to the Enterprise plan, which is the one we evaluated.

The mobile app gives you even more freedom to work away from the office and still stay connected to your customers and employees. However, if you're looking for a CRM solution that will help you track transactions and manage inventory and employees, other CRM applications have more capabilities.
