This survey software application is one of the best at merging design principles and question-building practices that help you get the most out of each survey. The support team is ready and willing to help you create the best online surveys possible.

Creating a survey using Typeform's online platform is easy and quick. We were able to create our survey in less than half the time it took with most other survey software applications. The icons for adding questions are clearly marked and state exactly what they do. This service also does not limit how many questions you can ask per survey.

The whole platform is designed in a drag-and-drop format, so the software is extremely quick and easy to learn. This makes editing and rearranging questions hassle free, and it doesn't consume massive amounts of your time. There are tools to give your survey a customized look and feel. You can even customize the buttons and icons that respondents use to rank things and give feedback.

Though Typeform offers many tools that enable you to create the best surveys possible, it is missing a couple of key features, such as offline collection and the ability to upgrade your plan. This means that if your business needs outgrow Typeform, you may have to find another survey software program to use.

Typeform performed moderately well in our hands-on testing. Some of our testers found the backgrounds and templates very difficult to read. While they looked nice, they made it hard to complete the survey and thus wouldn't be very useful in real-life applications. Respondents liked the progression bar that showed them how far they had moved through the survey and how much more was left. One key tool missing from Typeform's offerings, however, is the ability to save and continue a survey.

Help and support provided by Typeform is reliable. The email support is knowledgeable, and the support team was quick to respond to our questions and direct us to tutorials that could walk us through solutions or processes of using the software.

Overall, Typeform is a solid performer that combines survey-design features and best practices for question building. It offers useful survey tools, like a Net Promoter Score, and is built to help small businesses gather key information from its audiences.
