Pinnacle Security has been providing security solutions and state-of-the-art home security systems since its inception in 2001. The company doesn’t have any unique systems or services, but those it does offer are robust, versatile and completely wireless.

Pinnacle Security offers seven distinct security systems and packages. Each one caters to a slightly different set of security needs. For example, the Frequent Traveler Package comes with smoke detectors, recessed door sensors and glass-break sensors to monitor your house when you aren’t home for extended lengths of time. Similarly, the Security Plus Medical package comes with medical pendants and is ideal for seniors and individuals with life-threatening medical conditions. Whatever your reason or motivation for installing a home security system, Pinnacle will provide a system that's right for you. You can also purchase any additional security devices you want for your system.

Similar to many modern home surveillance systems, Pinnacle Security offers cellular-based systems in addition to landline ones. Home alarms that are connected via cellular towers not only give homeowners without a landline an option to install a security system, but they are also safer. Landlines can be cut by intruders, rendering a landline-based security system useless. The line of communication between your system and Pinnacle’s monitoring center cannot be severed with a cellular-based system.

Pinnacle Security’s devices address a wide range of threats, including fires, burglary and floods. The company also provides devices that allow you to automate your home’s climate and to arm and disarm your system remotely. All of the security devices come with a limited lifetime guarantee, so if one of your devices fails through no fault of your own, Pinnacle will replace it.

One of the most important things to know about Pinnacle Security is something that may be a drawback for some customers but not for others. Even though its systems are wireless, you cannot install them yourself; Pinnacle dispatches its own technicians to install its systems. While this may be more convenient and preferred by some people, there are a few drawbacks with no self-installation options. First, it can raise the upfront cost of the system, and second, there are a few rural areas in the country the company doesn’t service.

When it comes to help and support, Pinnacle Security offers all of the standard options you’d expect. The website houses general FAQs, as well as video tutorials showing you how to properly use the system. If you prefer, you can contact the company directly via email or telephone.

Pinnacle Security delivers top-notch home security systems with an unbeatable lifetime warranty on all equipment. The fact that you can’t install the system yourself may be a deal breaker for some, but if that is not an issue for you, Pinnacle Security provides effective and comprehensive security systems to keep you safe.
