I have been using internet security from BitDefender for several years. This time I decided to try the Total Security. I do a lot of uploading of photos onto the internet. Total Security totally freezes my computer when I upload. It is not a firewall problem because it has worked in bits and pieces and fits and starts. When I contacted them they replied about a week later with instruction on how to uninstall and reinstall the program. I did that but the problem persisted. Now, another week later they have not replied again. 3 days ago I requested a refund, because I cannot run my home business without this ability. Still no reply or even acknowledgement. I will be using another security program from now on.
