Navigate easily through Yahoo's homepage where a summary of all your scheduled payments and reminders appear in your bill Inbox and payment Outbox. Easily add payee information and schedule manual and automatic payments. You can send and receive messages directly to and from Yahoo’s customer care center regarding your payee and payment questions. Yahoo! offers two different plans allowing you to customize your billing service.

With Yahoo! you only need one checking or money market account from which to pay your bills. Yahoo! will send either an electronic payment or a check to whomever you designate on the date you set. Your payment is guaranteed to arrive on time.

You will receive your bills in your Yahoo! inbox on the Bill Pay homepage. The bills in the inbox need to be scheduled for payment. Once you have scheduled a payment, the bill moves to the outbox where it remains until it has been processed. Once it is processed, the bill moves to the recent payments box. When the payee has credited your payment, the bill will be displayed in the payment history box. You always know where your bill is and you can receive alerts to help you stay on top of the bills in your inbox.

Yahoo’s Premium Plan allows you to pay anyone anywhere and receive bills from over 200 e–billers. The first three months are free and $4.95 per month after that. The Basic Plan lets you make unlimited payments to over 100 payees, receive e–bills from 85 companies and enjoy the service for free.

Yahoo! Bill Pay has the capability of paying anyone anywhere in the United States via electronic payment or check. You can use any bank and any one type of account that allows for electronic transfer i.e. checking account, credit card. You can view your payment history and keep control over which bills are to be paid and when. You can make single payments, schedule repeating payments, set up reminders or make multiple payments at once. Your payment is guaranteed to arrive on the date you set.

Yahoo! Bill Pay is easy to set up. Yahoo requires a traditional password as well as a security key which is a personal access code much like a PIN to get access. To get started simply choose the passwords, enter your payee and account information and you’re set.
