Offering hundreds of check designs, Walmart Checks is probably the most recognizable name among the best online check ordering services. Whether you want an American cowboy on your check or a whales tail, Walmart Checks should have a design for you. All the most popular animated and pop culture designs are available, while there are options to upload your own photos and design your own checks too.

Walmart Checks review: Features

When it comes to customization, Walmart offers stock logos and stylish fonts. However, as you only get to choose these design features during checkout, this can prove slightly inconvenient - not being able to see these options until you have almost completed your order is not the norm when you order checks online.

The checks that you buy online from Walmart come in batches of 150 checks per box. This tends to be more checks per box than you get with most competitors, which can save you money and time when you order personal or business checks.

Walmart offers both computer and manual business checks to meet your accounting and payroll needs. Manual checks allow you to carry your checks wherever you go so you can purchase business items such as office supplies and fuel. Computer checks allow you to print out several checks at a time to pay bills.

Walmart Checks review: Security

Security is obviously key and Walmart checks meet all the specifications that you would expect. If you want high security checks, these are available too, while on the standard checks, there is also the option to pay a little bit more and take advantage of the extra protection afforded by CheckSafe, a fraud specialist who will help if reimbursements are required and works with merchants to help resolve fraudulent checks.

Walmart Checks review: Service

To contact the company for support, you can call, email or even mail. We found the company's customer service agents to be knowledgeable and friendly, while you can track your orders online too. Perhaps surprisingly, there is no live chat option for speaking directly with a company representative on its site.

Should you use Walmart Checks?

Walmart offers an economical selection of custom personal and business checks. Each box contains 150 checks, which is more than most companies offer, while there is a great selection of current popular check themes to choose from too. The only downside are its customization features, which don't prove quite user-friendly enough.
