While we prefer to complete a full comparative review of multiple products, "One-off" reviews are also available for unique products that are the first of their kind.

You may send the software in a number of ways, including boxed disc version or download. While we prefer to review the full version, we can evaluate the trial version. If sending the software via download, please be sure to include all the necessary keys and download instructions. Software is not returned except in certain circumstances where special arrangements are made.

The beauty of web services is that you don't have to use hard disc software. Whether your service is considered a "software as service", application, or any online service solution, please send us any necessary log-ins and passwords to fully evaluate the product.

Please send products to us complete with the necessary cords and any essential peripherals or accessories. Depending on previous communication and the nature of the review, we will keep your product for approximately 30 days, after which it will be returned to you. Please let us know of any special shipping requests and where to return the product.
