TickCo is a good site to purchase concert tickets online, with competitive prices, a nice search engine and the occasional sale. While it lacks several features offered by higher-ranking sites – and sometimes lower-ranking ones, too – it is nonetheless worth looking at if you are shopping for the best deal.

This site is a good one to check for concert tickets at bargain prices. We chose multiple concerts across the US over a 5-month span. While TickCo never had the cheapest price, its prices were always in the top third for least expensive. While it has one of the highest service fees of all the concert ticket services we reviewed, the initial ticket price is often inexpensive enough that even with the fee, you come out ahead. Further, TickCo offers sales now and then, sometimes on every ticket it offers. It will also tell you in the ticket listings if the price has been reduced.

The search engine is nice, as you can search by entertainer, and then narrow the listing down by location and date. Not all services offer this, making you sort through long listings to find the event in your area.

The purchase screen also gets high marks. You see all the fees before you commit to purchase. It offers all the delivery options we looked for, including paperless tickets, which lets you use your credit card as you ticket. Even nicer, the FAQs and help links are right on the order screen, so you can easily click for help while ordering without losing all your information.

This company takes tickets on consignment. You name the price, and if the tickets sell, you get the entire price.

TickCo runs low on some extra features that set other concert ticket services apart, like mobile apps, gift cards, rewards programs and price alerts. You can't get ticket insurance in case you miss the event, but this company does return your money if the event is canceled.

The website is secured by Verisign and McAfee, so your information is as safe as you can get on the internet.

Although TickCo lacks several features other concert ticket websites offer, its prices and user-friendly checkout make it a great place to shop for concert ticket bargains. It also offers a good deal for people needing to sell their tickets on consignment.
