Whether you are using your landline phone or your mobile device, JaJah is an international call service providing you with cheap rates and hassle-free service. This call service provides excellent mobile applications, an adequate array of features and responsive customer support. JaJah does not provide the cheapest rates available, but their prices aren’t much more expensive than several competing services.

JaJah offers outstanding mobile applications that make it possible for you to receive JaJah’s rates whether on your landline or your mobile device. To receive the JaJah mobile application you must have a JaJah account. Once you download the app to your phone, use the app to place all your phone calls. Additionally, the app displays all your contacts so you don’t have to memorize any phone numbers or switch back and forth between programs on your device.

JaJah offers free calls between JaJah users in select locations. Several of these states include Argentina, Chile, Greece Hong Kong and Hungary. A complete list of free countries for JaJah users is available on their website. Even with free call capability, JaJah did not meet our full expectations because they lack VoIP calling and the ability to call from a PC to phone.

One of the standout features available with this international call service is the ability to save contacts and other information easily and quickly. After you place a call, JaJah will send you a text message with a local number for the individual you recently dialed. You can then save this number in your contact book to eliminate any hassle of dialing access codes the next time you call. With the local numbers this international call service provides, you can save them directly to your speed dial and save yourself time, especially if you plan to call back frequently.

JaJah is missing several key features that would make it a top international call service. They do not provide support for multiple languages. English is your only language option. Also, they don’t provide any toll free 800 numbers.

This international call service is fairly simple to use. However, we weren’t fully satisfied with its simplicity because it requires a few extra steps to place a call. To place a call, you have two options available. You can place a call using your JaJah account online. When using this method, you enter the phone number into your account and they provide you with a local number. You can then dial the number into your phone to receive the lower rates.

You can also dial directly from your phone using one of the access numbers provided on the JaJah website. You must first find the area you are calling through the list of available locations, dial the access number and the number you are trying to reach, and wait until JaJah will connect you. Both ways are not complicated; they just take your time and effort.

JaJah is an international call service that provides a strong selection of services, particularly for mobile devices. They do not offer VoIP calling or support in multiple languages, which is a drawback for this service. We were also disappointed they do not offer toll free 800 numbers or technical support through telephone or live chat. However, their free call plans, direct dial capabilities and extensive FAQs make JaJah a worthy competitor among international call services.
