Airfare.com is a very small and straightforward flight and hotel booking service. As online travel sites go, it specializes in airfare and hotel reservations. Airfare.com’s search engine reflects international and domestic flights and hotels.

Unfortunately, when booking a flight you cannot get frequent flyer miles, and they do not offer any additional resources like travel news or weather reports. And if you use this service, make certain you won't need changes because if for any reason, you do need to change ticket dates or flight times there is a colossal $200.00 fee.

Customer support on the site is a tightly edited page of information regarding rates and terms and conditions. We also found Airfare.com does not offer email support or an FAQ section. We had to call Airfare.com on the phone (gasp!) to get answers to our questions.
