Pros / It has powerful search and sorting functionality.

Cons / File format options for exporting are limited.

Verdict / AllMyNotes Organizer is great for storing massive quantities of random information and keeping it organized.

AllMyNotes Organizer, developed by Vladonai Software, can help anyone simplify aspects of their personal and professional lives. Although the interface seems a bit dated, it’s easy enough to use and is ideal for anyone needing a place to store plentiful and varied information. Though it misses the mark with integration and other features, it provides basic storage and has no size limits on how much personal information you can store in it.

The planner software has a fairly simple and straightforward interface. If you’re familiar with older versions of the Microsoft suite, this organizer application should not be too difficult to work with. However, even with its simple functionality, the software is not as user-friendly as the best organizer we reviewed, AnyTime Organizer Deluxe.

A simple ribbon atop the program lets you edit and view different items. You can view all of your unique organization categories in the program’s sidebar, from contacts in your address book to your professional and business information. You can create sticky notes and to-do lists to keep track of upcoming tasks, and even set alarm reminders so you’ll never miss any event you’ve scheduled.

AllMyNotes also excels at managing documents. It’s a free-form personal data manager. You can store a nearly unlimited quantity of documents, or even create and edit new documents from within the software. You can draft a standard document just like you would in a traditional standalone word processor or use the built-in text editor’s journal option to keep your daily diary entries. The software excels at keeping all of your information organized and easy to find and gives you the ability to add hyperlinks or tinker with an advanced text editing interface.

What’s more, AllMyNotes is password protected, so you can keep your diary entries and everything else safe from prying eyes. However, unlike most of the other programs in our comparison, AllMyNotes lacks a dedicated password manager function. Technically you can just keep them in a document within the program, but having a specific tool for that makes organization, updating and even generating a new password much easier.

Unfortunately, AllMyNotes lacks synchronization and integration options. It doesn’t have a mobile companion app or allow you to sync your data with external cloud services. You can’t even sync your Google calendar events with it.

If you have questions or issues with the software, you’ll find a FAQs section and an impressive community user forum on the developer’s website. If you want direct customer service, you can use the email address supplied on the website, or fill out the contact form, which is submitted directly to the developer, not to an outsourced center.
