1. MZOO Sleep Mask, $13.49

MZOO’s memory foam sleep mask is an Amazon bestseller and offers a super-comfy no-pressure eye pad that blocks out light while still giving your eyes plenty of room to blink. The MZOO Sleep Mask also comes with an adjustable strap to fit most heads and won’t snag up in your hair either - such a problem if you’re dealing with curls.

Super-light and easy to wash, this stunning sleep mask is extra convenient for travel (when we’re finally allowed). Plus, the MZOO Sleep Mask also comes with a handy pouch and free earplugs too, helping you to shut out any external noise as you snooze.

You can buy the sleep mask in four different colors, including black, pink and purple, and it comes in a gift box that makes it ideal to give as a present to a friend who loves getting their slumber on.

2. This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, $29

Treat yourself to a seriously luxurious sleep experience with This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. Simply spritz the 99% natural spray on your pillow and let it work its magic as the blend of lavender, chamomile and vetivert help you gently drift off to sleep.

We’ve been using this sleep spray for years and find it to be highly relaxing, so we use it as part of our pre-bedtime wind-down routine, an important part of sleep hygiene. We’d recommend spritzing it on your bedding a few minutes before you lie down, as it can cause a slight amount of wet residue to begin with.

The This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray has been tested on hundreds of people, 89% of whom report falling asleep faster. We can’t go to sleep without it now, perhaps because when our brain recognizes the smell, it knows its time to sleep. The spray also has stress-relieving properties, and helps you wake up feeling more refreshed too.

4. Beckham Collection Bed Pillows (Two Pack), $39.99

This bestselling luxury bed pillow might come with a ‘posh’ name, but its price is anything but. For less than fifty bucks you get twice the cosiness, as well as a pillow that’s chemical-free, non-allergenic and cooling, with a super-plush gel-filled fiber that’s a dream to rest on. We gushed about it in our Beckham Collection Gel Pillow review.
