Instant Pot’s Vortex Plus may sound like something from a sci-fi movie, but this 6-in-1 air fryer is very real, very impressive, and very affordable now that it’s down to just $64.95 (from $99.95) at Amazon. It wouldn’t look out of place in any kitchen, either, and allows for rapid cooking - including fast preheating up to 400° - as well as deep-frying with 95% less oil with the company’s EvenCrisp technology.

The device holds all manner of functions within its sleek, stainless steel chassis, and is easily one of the best Amazon Prime Day deals. It's worth noting that this deal is on the 4qt fryer, which is good for a family of about 3-4 people. Anything larger, and you'll probably need to look at a 6-8qt device.
