Fuze Meeting is a smooth, professional-looking web conferencing service that works particularly well for international businesses or businesses where a key player travels. In addition to being compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux, it's well optimized for mobile devices. Fuze has centers across the globe to ensure your online meetings are delivered in high-quality audio and video.

Fuze offers a basic but useful set of sharing tools. You can add content to the cloud at any point during the meeting to share on the screen or via a link. You can also share your desktop if you want to demonstrate something on a program or show a website. It lacks breakout rooms for small group collaboration on a project, however.

The whiteboard comes with marking tools, such as text, arrows, geometric shapes and sticky notes, and allows all participants to mark a screen simultaneously. You cannot take screenshots and save them with the software.

This virtual-meeting service can handle up to 12 video streams at once and has a visual chat feature for one-on-one side conversations. The video tool can display a variety of video file types, including HD video. You can also zoom in and add text, arrows, shapes and notes to the video. If you record a meeting, you can have it backed up to your Fuze archive or save it on your computer.

Fuze's virtual meeting interface can handle up to 250 attendees but nonetheless provides a clean, uncluttered screen whether on a PC or smartphone. Thus, it's a good choice for large company meetings or webinars. Further, the company has data centers in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. These features make it especially attractive for companies with employees who travel or live in different countries.

All transactions are encrypted using a 256-bit encryption protocol, which is beyond the industry standard. The service is compatible with most firewalls and works with all browser types. Meeting replays are password protected.

Fuze Meeting web conferencing provides online FAQs and some video lessons. You can access a user manual through the service, and the company provides systematic user guides. You can contact Fuze Meeting by email and telephone for customer support.
