Pinnacle Security is a GE authorized dealer of wireless home surveillance products and aggressively markets their system across the country. Our favorite feature of their system is the control panel. The touchscreen control panel is very easy to navigate, so with just a few finger taps you can change settings or arm the system.
As a GE authorized dealer, Pinnacle has the best GE security has to offer. Home automation and interactive monitoring come as upgraded packages, but that is to be expected when looking at competitors. A big red flag that is necessary to mention is the amount of unfavorable customer reviews Pinnacle has on its record. As with any monthly service, you need to be aware of what you are signing up for – cancellation periods and non-negotiable contract obligations.
Pinnacle’s Essential Package includes the standard components we’ve seen in other surveillance systems: a GE Simon XT panel, two door or window sensors, a motion sensor, yard sign and window stickers. They don’t offer anything that makes their services shine above the rest.

While there really isn’t anything that sets Pinnacle above the pack, it fits nicely into our top 10 lineup. Their products are all the latest in the industry and buyers will be happy with a solid wireless home security solution like Pinnacle.
