FitnessGlo is a clean, simple-to-use online fitness service that looks like it belongs in the modern world, as opposed to the programs that are reminiscent of the early days of the internet. This fitness service has a few programs that you can jump right into and start using without any fuss, which is a nice change from some of the other programs we reviewed. It doesn't have as many exercise programs or services as others, but it is a great option for self-motivated learners.

FitnessGlo has a few programs that you can select at any time to start losing weight or getting in shape. This is convenient, as you don't have to worry about creating your own schedule or putting together your own fitness routine if you don't want to. In case you don't want to follow a program specifically, you can watch individual video workouts whenever you like, which gives you the flexibility to add more workouts to your existing routine.

The program does not have a personal trainer who works with you closely to help keep you motivated, address issues you have or give you general direction. However, the program does offer a free app that you can download so you can work out wherever you want, whether you have an internet connection or not.

With FitnessGlo, you can sort exercises based on your experience level, which is a great feature to make sure programs are neither too easy nor too difficult for you. There are three different levels outside of the Getting Started area, allowing you to advance to higher difficulties as you build strength and durability.
