Honda HSS928AAT: Performance

This blower packs serious snow clearing power from its fuel-efficient 270cc Honda commercial grade GX engine. It clears heavy, high drifts with no trouble at all, and despite its size, it’s easy to maneuver.

Honda’s exclusive hydrostatic transmission allows you to easily match the ground speed with the snow conditions, and means your Honda snow blower can burrow through snow drifts like a bulldozer. Think of it like a grizzly bear – strong, fast, kind of terrifying and effortlessly pushing everything out of its way.

Honda's pliable, low-temperature rubber tracks with sure-gripping cleats bring superior traction through practically any snow condition. You don’t have to worry about slipping and sliding on slopes at all.

Honda HSS928AAT: User Reviews

This Honda snow blower scores 4.6 out of 5 on Home Depot from 60 customer reviews, with 46 of those ratings coming in at five stars.

Users are over the moon with this model, and are amazed at how much snow this beast shifts. One says: ‘We were hit by the largest storm on record for our area with three feet plus of snow. This machine ate up the snow without slowing down, even chewing through the heavy snow pushed to the end of my driveway by the snow plows. The joystick is the ultimate control and the transmission is so nice to drive and maneuver’.

Others talk about how easy the blower is to operate, despite its size. One says that it’s ‘a terrific machine which handles very well for its size and requires little effort due to its track driven system’. Overall, users have no complaints about how it handles.

Another user from Central Oregon says he’s had it for a month now and has used it 10 times already. Even in a record snowfall of over six feet on a driveway with a 16% grade - that’s 50 feet in elevation change - the Honda performed. He says his wife also finds it easy to use, despite its size.

Should you buy the Honda HSS928AAT snow blower?

We’ll make this real easy: do you get a serious amount of snow? Do you want to take less time and effort to shift it? If you can answer yes to both of those questions, then yes, you need this mighty machine in your life.
