TouchSuite offers affordable POS systems for lease or purchase. Leased options cost less upfront but require a process agreement; this is a good option if you are looking for POS hardware, software and a payment processor. TouchSuite point-of-sale systems are especially suitable for small businesses that need the software to do more than just one thing. These POS systems can manage employee schedules, data backup, marketing distribution lists, reservations and reports.

As with most payment processing agreements, rates vary. You will need to negotiate your rates with TouchSuite before you sign up. Published sample rates we found are 1.49 percent to 1.79 percent plus $0.25 for swiped cards and 2.6 percent plus $0.25 for keyed-in cards. TouchSuite offers numerous supporting features, including gift card and loyalty card support, inventory tracking, delivery management, batch reporting, customer surveys and patron online food ordering.

These point-of-sale suites come with full support. After receiving your POS system, you gain access to the support website for training and online assistance. You can also initiate a chat or telephone conversation during extended support hours every day of the week. Purchased systems come with a one-year warranty and 90 days of free support with the option to upgrade your support package. TouchSuite also provides remote training. If you should experience a hardware failure, the company will ship out replacement parts overnight.
