The Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station Gym is a sturdy full body workout system that up to four people can use at the same time. Like the best home gyms, it enables you to perform a variety of different body strength and weights based exercises, targeting your chest, shoulders, back, abs and legs. In total, there are 27 exercises you can perform with this multi-system.

This is a very well made fitness system, and as such is incredibly heavy and large once fully assembled, so look elsewhere if you need a compact gym. If you have the space though, and more than one of you will be using the machine, the Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station Gym is a good choice, for reasons we go into below.

To round-out your exercise routine, you may benefit from adding in some high intensity cardio exercises. This could include spin class with the best exercise bikes, or transforming your road bike into an indoor fitness bike with the best bike trainers. Power walking and running are great cardio workouts, made easier on the best treadmills.

Tracking your workouts will also let you know how hard you're working, and you can do that with one of the best fitness trackers.

Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station review: Design

The Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station Gym is a weight stack system with 200lbs of resistance, and is designed to support a maximum user weight of 275lbs. While 300lbs is average among the multi-system gyms we have reviewed, the Total Gym FIT has a higher maximum weight limit of 450lbs. We'd also recommend reading our Bowflex PR3000 review

It's designed for up to four people to use at the same time, making it ideal for small families who enjoy working out together. Or you can simply rotate around the machine to get a full body workout.

Like several other home gyms we have evaluated, including the Body Solid Powerline BSG10X, the Wolverine features a pulley and cable system, with no need to change pulleys to switch between exercises.

For additional comfort and convenience, the seats, press bars and handles on the Wolverine Multi-Station Gym are adjustable. Plus, the pulley and press handles swivel, and the pads are ergonomically designed to boost your comfort when you're working out. The squat bar has four different height options, along with removable squat pads, so that you can tailor the machine to suit your height needs.

Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station review: Features

The Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station comes with a seated leg press attachment, along with a long lat bar, short straight bar, ab crunch harness and single cable handle. The included weight stack has a keeper for its pin, plus safety handles and an oversized footplate.

Like the Powertec Workbench Multi-System and the Bodycraft Galena Pro, this multi-user system is very big once fully assembled. Its dimensions are 86(L) x 115(W) x 82(H)", and weighs a colossal 610lbs. Once assembled, moving it is nearly impossible. So make sure you pick the right place to set it up, and factor in enough space around the machine so that you can fully use each system.

For affordable and more compact alternatives, take a look at the Total Gym FIT and the Total Gym XLS.

Should you buy the Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station?

The Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station Gym is a very well-made and highly durable multi-user home gym that will last you a long time. It has a range of features that enable you to perform 27 individual weights-based exercises, and has adjustable seats and levers for a more comfortable, custom user experience. It is very heavy though, and it doesn't come cheap, so this is a serious investment for committed fitness fans only.

If you don’t need a multi-user system, the Body Solid G1S is a good alternative. It's priced almost $700 less than the Wolverine, and comes with extras that the Yukon machine doesn’t have. These include instructional videos, a triceps strap, water bottle holder and towel holder. Both machines are upgradeable to include a triceps rope. Finally, the Yukon Wolverine Multi-Station Gym comes with a lifetime warranty on the structure. If the Wolverine is used commercially, the warranty doesn’t apply.
