Best Buy takes on Amazon Prime Big Deals Day with their 48-hour Flash Sale

Today's Best Buy sale goes directly into competition with Amazon's Big Deal Days, offering early holiday discounts across appliances, smart home, yard equipment and more.

I've been researching, writing and sharing deals with our readers for a number, so I've made it my mission to do the same for Best Buy's flash sale. The discounts I've selected below are those that either match or better those Amazon Prime Day deals. This means that you're not going to be missing out on scoring a decent discount - and you don't even need to become a member to save mega bucks.

Some of the deals that stand out to me the most include the Dyson V11 Extra Cordless Vacuum which isn't available to buy at Amazon, and it gets a welcomed $200 discount to bring the total price you pay down to $449.99. The Ring Stick Up Indoor/Outdoor Wire Free 1080p Security Camera is also price matching Amazon and Target, making it a compelling offer.
