Amazon has a massive discount right now on the Ring Video Doorbell 2 and has bundled in the compatible Echo Show 5 for just $139. That's a combined saving of $149.99, making this deal less than half price and one of the best Black Friday deals we've seen so far.

If you just want the video doorbell then you can get it for $129, that's a discount of $70 on the list price of Ring 2. But we think that's missing out on the real deal here, which is also getting the Echo Show 5 for just $10 more. The Echo Show works as a partner device for the Ring, you can view who's at the door on its screen and respond too.

Of course, the Echo Show 5 does a lot more than that. It has a 5.5-inch smart display that lets you get news and weather updates, cook along with recipes and video call with friends and family. You can even watch movies and listen to music using it. It's all powered by Alexa so you control it with your voice, or with the Alexa app on your smartphone.

If you don't want it for yourself, then it would make a brilliant Christmas gift for a loved one. The Echo Show 5 costs $79.99 on its own right now, so for just $10 you can give a gift that is worth a lot more.

The Ring Video Doorbell 2 ranks top in our list of the best video doorbells thanks to its perfect balance of features and price. It's a big upgrade on the original version with a better camera, but also heat sensors so unnecessary notifications are kept to a minimum.

It's easy to install if you run it off the battery, but if you already have a powered chime you can use the power for the Ring 2 so you won't need to ever recharge it. Video quality is excellent and it's compatible with many smart home products.

This is the best Ring Video Doorbell 2 deal we've seen so far so snap it up while you can.
