Pros / A 64GB microSD card is included with purchase of this nanny cam.
Cons / The camera is disguised as an electrical outlet, but It does not actually work as one.
Verdict / Although this nanny cam does not also function as an outlet, its high-quality video recording and inconspicuous disguise make it a great option for a hidden camera.
A seemingly ordinary electrical outlet is the last place one would expect a nanny cam to be concealed. The Supreme Defense Electrical Outlet Hidden Camera is no ordinary outlet, despite its conventional appearance. It’s actually a sophisticated pinhole camera for home and business surveillance.
When it comes to video output, the camera is surprisingly good. Although it's rated with a 480P resolution, which is on the lower end of the models we tested, the camera did well on our video quality tests. It scored above 90 percent in both nighttime and daylight conditions. The recordings came out crisp, making it easy to view details and motion. However, this nanny cam does not come with audio recording functionality.
The Supreme Defense Electrical Outlet Hidden Camera’s most noteworthy feature, one that isn't found on other wireless nanny cams we reviewed, is its area masking. This feature allows you to mask, or obscure, the lower quarter of the camera's field of view. This is ideal for households with pets because it means the motion detector won’t be triggered by a cat or dog that doesn't need monitoring.
The biggest issue with this covet camera stems from the lack of dual functionality and required placement. Despite its concealment as an outlet, the wireless nanny cam cannot power appliances or electronics; someone who discovers this may find the nonfunctioning outlet to be odd or perhaps even suspicious. Additionally, the device is powered by plugging it directly into an outlet, and this presents a problem, as it must be plugged into an outlet above waist-level to capture a broad view. We also found in our testing that the remote control often did not activate the device, so there were periods of time when we thought the camera was recording, but we didn’t actually get any footage.

- Storage Limit
The Supreme Defense Electrical Outlet Hidden Camera has some respectable features and a highly realistic disguise. Plus, the quality of the video it captures is quite good. However, the spy camera's lack of dual functionality and limited flexibility when it comes to positioning mean it might not be suited for every household.
