The Kalorik Quick Slice electric knife carving set is a modern slicer with durable storage, plenty of safety features and a sturdy construction.

The carving set comes with its own carrying case. A carrying case is convenient if you don't use the knife often and you need a place to store it without fear of damage or if you take the knife along with you to catering events or family dinners. The hard case protects the blades from bending, and it can keep everything neat and together so that there are no misplaced parts.

With the Kalorik Quick Slice electric knife, you simply put the slicer blades where you want to cut and pull the trigger. The reciprocating knives do the work for you, which cuts down on fatigue and provides you with the power to cut through thick meat. The handle is ergonomically designed, so it is easy to hold and maneuver, and it has an ambidextrous handle.

Along with the stainless blades, this carving kit comes with a matching carving fork that is 10.6 inches long. The fork allows you to hold the meat safely while you are carving by keeping your hand out of harm's way. Once you've carved the meat, you can use the fork to transfer your sliced meat to the platter and again to serve guests. The prongs of the form are sturdy, and the handle matches the handle of the slicer.

One added feature of the Kalorik Quick Slice carving set is the blade guard that not only protects the blade from damage while it's being stored, but also prevents small hands from grabbing the blade and causing injury. The guard cradles both blades in the set and can be used while the blades are on the counter.

This electric knife kit is a good choice if you use an electric knife frequently and like having a designated storage space. In addition, the knife provides plenty of power for slicing all cuts of meat with precision, and it has a dependable safety lock and a simple design.
