The Elchim 3900 Healthy Ionic hair dryer comes with two concentrator attachments, one with a wide nozzle and one with a narrower nozzle to help you focus better on a specific section of hair. These attachments click securely into place and come off easily.
Unfortunately, this dryer doesn't come with a diffuser, which is a useful attachment for curly hair and is partially why this device has a lower score for effectiveness with curly hair types.
You can, however, order a diffuser attachment separately (costs extra). If you'd prefer a hair dryer that comes with a diffuser, you might be interested in the Centrix Q-Zone Lightweight.

Our testers rated the performance of the Elchim 3900 very highly. It has a decent temperature range, with heats that are safe and effective for thin, curly, and thick hair types.
With 2,400 watts, this hair dryer definitely has the most power out of all of the hair dryer brands we reviewed. High wattage is especially good for thick hair types because more power means the hair dryer can work harder to dry hair faster.
During testing, we found this hair dryer to be best suited to thick hair types due to its fast and powerful drying speeds - just like heat, air speed also affects how much your hair frizzes up.

It weighs only a little more than a pound at 17.5 ounces. Our testers also repeatedly mentioned that it felt especially well-balanced and nice in their hands, with the cool shot button pressing in nicely without causing any strain on the wrist or hand. The sides of the blow dryer feature a raised rubber grip to keep it from sliding around.
