The Samsung ProXpress C3060FW is a multifunction color wireless laser printer. It printed some of the highest-quality documents we saw in our testing, and it boasts fast printing speeds. Additionally, this printer has an extensive selection of wireless printing features, and the customer support from Samsung is excellent.

Because the Samsung ProXpress C3060FW is a multifunction printer, it is quite large. Still it is potentially a space saver when you consider it also does the work of a scanner, fax machine and copy machine. It is 18.5-inches wide and 19.9-inches tall, so it is too large to sit on a desk or table. It also weighs 58 pounds, which is fairly heavy and makes it particularly difficult to move.

One benefit of the Samsung ProXpress's larger size is that it has a large 4.3-inch color touchscreen as well as a keypad and standard buttons. With all of these options, it is easy to navigate through the feature and setting menus.

This Samsung wireless laser printer produced some of the highest-quality documents in our review. In fact, they were almost perfect. We only found four errors in our 10-page, black-and-white text document. These four spots of unwanted ink were small enough that they were only visible under high magnification.

We couldn’t find any errors in the color test documents we printed, even when we evaluated them under high magnification. During our PowerPoint test, there was some noticeable banding, and some lines were pixelated in the Excel chart we printed. But overall, the documents were sharp. Additionally, the scanner and copier produced clear and pristine documents with strong colors, excellent tones and beautiful fine details.

The ProXpress C3060FW printed both color and black-and-white documents at a rate of 17 pages per minute. This isn’t the fastest printing speed, but it certainly makes the machine a top contender.

Even though the Samsung ProXpress C3060FW uses four toner cartridges, it has a low per-page printing cost for a color machine. When using standard toner cartridges, you pay an average of $0.17 per page, which is reasonable for a color wireless laser printer. If you want to cut costs even more, Samsung makes high-capacity toner cartridges. Upfront, the cartridge is more expensive, but its higher page yield drops the per-page cost to an average of $0.13. If that still seems like a lot and you don't need a color printer, you might consider a monochrome printer, like the Brother MFC-L6700DW.

This color laser printer holds plenty of paper. The main paper tray holds approximately 250-sheets, and there is a secondary input tray that holds up to 50 pages. It also has duplex printing, so you can print double-sided documents without manually flipping and reloading the pages in the paper tray.

This wireless laser printer can handle the demands of large printing jobs. It has a duty cycle of 60,000 pages per month, which means it can print approximately 2,000 pages per day without breaking. This makes it a good option for an office in which multiple people will use it.

This Samsung printer also has exceptional wireless connectivity options. It has both Wi-Fi and Ethernet networking, and you can print from mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. It is compatible with both the Apple AirPrint and the Google Cloud Print apps. Additionally, you can use Samsung’s own app to scan and print documents from online storage, your phone, websites and more. You can also print directly from a USB storage device.

You can connect mobile devices that have near-field communication (NFC) to this printer by simply tapping them on the designated spot. This is a feature that only a handful of wireless laser printers have.

Samsung’s help and support services are exceptional. This printer is covered under a one-year warranty. The warranty is similar to those on competing devices.

If you have questions or concerns, you can speak with a customer service representative via email, telephone or live chat. You can also ask questions on Samsung’s social media networks. Furthermore, there is a user manual and forum on the Samsung website that can help you find answers on your own. Unfortunately, we could not find any troubleshooting guides or FAQs on the company’s website.

The Samsung ProXpress C3060FW is an all-around great wireless laser printer. It prints excellent-quality documents and has a multifunction design, affordable printing costs and solid mobile printing capabilities. It is easily one of the best wireless laser printers on the market.
