What type of coffee do you like to use?

If you're buying a coffee maker for the first time and have no preference over a carafe or pods, I would recommend the Keurig K-Duo, as this machine gives you the choice of using a carafe AND pods - the best of both worlds. Whatever you prefer, it's worth noting that multi-feature models with a carafe and take pods will be more expensive than most single serve machines, but you are paying for that freedom of choice.
Do you prefer to grind your beans?
While coffee pods are great, a built-in grinder for fresh coffee beans is a great idea if you prefer to buy whole beans and grind them for that real barista experience. Do remember, though, how messy grinding at home can be and how to properly dispose of those coffee grounds afterward.
