The Club 200lb Home Gym has a weight stack lock to enhance your safety while using the machine, along with a protective stack cover made of durable steel. Unlike most of home gyms we've looked at, Marcy's offering doesn’t have any optional attachments and accessories for you to buy. That means you won't be able to expand it in the future to focus on new exercises.
Although the Club 200lb Home Gym's maximum user weight isn’t specified online, Marcy’s customer support team told us it’s roughly 300lbs. The machine itself has a compact footprint of 52(L) x 39(W) x 85.5(H)".

The Marcy Club 200lb Home Gym enables you to perform 15 different weights based exercises. These work your legs, chest, pectorals, trapezius, hamstrings, quadriceps and glutes.
The different workout stations include a leg developer, dual-function press arms, a row, and a removable arm curl, which is impressive for this lower price. The machine is also cushioned with high-density foam, so you'll have a more comfortable workout.
As its name suggests, the Club 200lb Home Gym provides 200lbs of resistance. If you prefer to add resistance as you become stronger, you might prefer a machine that can grow with you.
Like the majority of machines we've reviewed, the Marcy Club 200lb Home Gym has a high-pulley station and is designed to support leg extensions and curls. There are no mid or low-pulley stations, however, and it doesn’t come with instructional guides or videos. However, we did obtain a workout chart from customer service upon request (it would be easier if they just published this online for all customers).

Should you buy the Marcy Club 200 Gym?
Essentially, the Marcy 200lb Home Gym is a great value machine for achieving a full body workout in the privacy of your own home. It's smaller than most competitor machines, and is therefore lighter too. Most noticeable is the more affordable price tag, which puts this in line as a great choice for beginners who are new to weight training at home.
