LG LWD3063ST double wall oven: What you need to know

The LG LWD3063ST double wall oven is smart-enabled and you can adjust its heat settings using the app on your phone. It is a 30-inch model that has SmoothTouch controls and a recessed broiler inside.

The oven is a convection oven but it doesn’t offer extra features like an air fryer that other models have.

LG LWD3063ST double wall oven: Features

The LG LWD3063ST double wall oven, like many models, has self-cleaning functions that can be used on a two, three, or four-hour cycle. Designed to take no more than ten minutes of your time, the self-cleaning function works by spraying water inside the oven, simply pressing the EasyClean button and waiting for the cycle to work. Once it has finished, you just need to wipe away the residue. This cleaning cycle is ideal for small amounts of grease or grime, but you’ll need to put a bit more work in if there’s a lot of grease in your oven from over a period of time.

The oven is fitted with SmoothTouch controls rather than chunky dials, which look stylish and are relatively easy to use and understand. The ovens also benefit from convection cooking on either a bake or a roast setting. These settings let just the right amount of air and heat into the oven to cook your food more evenly. There are other models that do offer other clever cooking features like a delayed bake setting and defrosting functions that this model lacks.

What is good about the LG LWD3063ST double wall oven is the large viewing windows on each door which allow you to check on your bakes without opening the door and letting the heat escape. The SmartThinQ app that can be linked with this double oven allows you to adjust the controls on your oven. It also has recipes that can be synced with your oven, automatically adjusting the oven temperature to match the recipe.

This double oven has three cooking racks that can be configured in five possible positions and the interior of each oven is a bright blue - something which none of the other ovens we reviewed had.
