WinCleaner has great options for cleansing your hard drive and protecting your privacy, but it has the least amount of management and diagnostic features of any PC system utilities application we reviewed. It also has features that could easily be merged, like WinJunk Cleaner, WinNet Cleaner and WinPrivacy Cleaner. This PC system utilities application consists of a small set of features. Some of them might be able to solve minor issues that are affecting your system’s performance, but none of them is going to dramatically improve it.

WinCleaner is a stripped down PC system utilities application that has some interesting features, like WinSmart Move, and some features that just aren’t powerful enough to be the stars of the show, like WinShortcuts Cleaner. This PC system utilities application solved some very minor problems, but it lacked the optimization options that would truly improve our system’s performance. WinCleaner has decent options for removing clutter, but that’s about the extent of its functionality.
